Product Description

This is a folding seat with its own backrest and armrests, built around a honeycomb graphene heating film. There are two warming zones — one in the backrest, one in the seat pad — and the whole unit folds flat to carry like a bag.

The product is labelled in four parts: backrest, seat pad, armrest covers and side pockets. Edges are bound, and there is a storage pocket on the side for a phone, keys or a small item.

It is designed for seating that has no power and no comfort of its own: aluminium bleachers, camping chairs, patio chairs, and the harder end of the office chair market. The reference material shows the seat on a bleacher, a folding camping chair, an office task chair and a wooden patio chair.

Two footnotes govern what this product is. The first: Chair shown for application — it goes on a chair, it does not replace one. The second: Fit depends on chair dimensions — the size is made to your chair, not chosen from a chart.

What This Seat Is — and What It Is Not

It is a cushioned seat with a back and arms that folds, travels, and adds warmth at two zones.

It is not a chair. It does not carry a person's weight. It must be used on seating that is already structurally sound, and it must never be used as a substitute for a missing or broken seat. This distinction is stated on the artwork itself, and we make it explicit here because it is the one that matters for liability.

It is not a heated cushion in the usual sense. A cushion goes on a padded chair and heats the seat only; this has no chair behind its backrest, so both zones heat. See the note on zones below.

It is not waterproof or water-resistant. The reference material makes no water-resistance claim of any kind, and none is made here.

And it is not a medical device. It warms a seat and supports a back. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it makes no claim about back pain, joints, muscles, circulation or any other condition.

Two Warming Zones

The heating diagram marks the two areas separately: Backrest warming area and Seat warming area.

This is a deliberate contrast with a seat-only cushion, and the reason is structural. A cushion that sits on an office chair is backed by a padded backrest already at room temperature and insulated by clothing — heating that back costs money for very little gain.

This seat has no chair back behind it. Behind the backrest is a layer of fabric and then outdoor air. If only the seat heated, the result would be a warm seat under a cold back — which is the specific complaint people have about metal bleachers.

So the two products are not inconsistent; they answer the same question with different answers, because one has a chair and one does not.

The Four Parts

Edges are bound around the perimeter, which is where the layers start to separate on anything that gets folded, carried and sat on.

Power: 12V over USB

The electrical side is confirmed by the factory as follows: 12V DC, delivered through a USB port so the seat runs from a power bank; three heat levels, adjustable; and a working temperature range of 40–60 °C across those levels.

The power bank has to output 12V. Not every USB port does — a 5V-only output will not drive this seat. Check the supply you intend to ship with before a listing promises "runs from any power bank".

That distinction is worth keeping. A specification taken from another model becomes a claim on your listing, and an unsupportable claim becomes a return, a chargeback or a compliance finding. If your programme needs a figure that is not in the list above, raise it at the brief stage and it becomes a testable line in the order specification.

What is still open: wattage, the exact temperature at each individual level, runtime, and the adapter and connector specification. Those are confirmed per project.

Sizing and Shape

Because both size and shape are made to order, the fitting happens on paper before it happens in a box.

The reference material names the three measurements that matter: backrest height, seat width and seat depth. Measure the chair you are fitting, not the seat you are replacing — a seat that matches in width but not in depth will either overhang the front edge or leave a gap at the hinge.

Custom size and Custom shape are both open, so the outline can follow the chair rather than the chair being made to fit a stock form.

Three reference footnotes set the status of each honestly: colours are color concepts for customization, branding and packaging are a branding and packaging concept, and the product form itself is shown for reference. These are directions a programme can take; the approved sample is what fixes them.

The reference material sets out three steps — define the size, choose shape and colour, confirm the sample. We add a fourth, the order specification, because that is where the electrical detail gets recorded rather than assumed: 12V, USB input, three levels, the working range, and whichever of the remaining figures your programme decides to fix.
