Graphene Broad-Area Heating · Scheduled & Immediate Heat · Rechargeable Cordless · Removable Stainless Tray · OEM / ODM
![]()
This is a battery-powered lunch box that warms a meal on its own, without a wall socket and without a microwave. Food goes into a removable stainless-steel tray. The tray drops into the body, the lid latches shut, and a flat graphene heating layer under the tray raises the meal to eating temperature. The whole unit then travels in an insulated carry bag.
Three things separate it from a conventional electric lunch box. It heats by area rather than by a wire path, so the covered floor of the box warms as a surface instead of along a single loop. It can be scheduled, so heat starts on a timer rather than the moment you plug in. And the part that touches food lifts out, which keeps the electronics and the washing-up in separate places.
The control panel carries a keypad, a digital display and a power switch, with battery level shown on the same screen. A removable divider splits the tray into two compartments; an inner lid closes over the tray before the main lid.
This page describes a configurable platform, not one fixed model. Capacity, battery, heating and finish are all specification items.
Capacity, battery, heating and final configuration are subject to the approved sample and confirmed order.
It is a portable food warmer for people who eat away from a kitchen: a desk, a site cabin, a vehicle, a picnic bench. It keeps a prepared meal warm and it can be programmed to start heating at a set time.
It is not a refrigerator, not a cooking appliance and not a steriliser. It warms food that is already prepared — it does not cook raw ingredients, and it does not keep food cold. It is also not a fixed catalogue item: the version photographed here uses one capacity, one heating layout and one colourway, and a production order can change each of those.

Capacity, battery capacity, runtime, voltage, wattage, heating temperature and charging time are set per project and are not published here. See the note below.
Most portable food warmers heat along a resistive wire. The food above the wire warms first; the corners lag. The result is a hot patch and a cool patch in the same tray.
A flat graphene layer changes the geometry of that. Heat is generated across the sheet rather than along a line, so the whole covered floor contributes. The layer sits directly beneath the tray, and the tray — being stainless steel — spreads the heat laterally as it warms, which is why the practical result is a more even meal rather than a warmer spot.
We describe this as broad-area heating with even coverage, which is what the construction does. We do not describe it as perfectly uniform, and we do not publish a temperature figure: see the note on numbers below.
Final configuration is subject to the approved sample and confirmed order.

What touches food is a stainless-steel tray that lifts out of the body. That single decision drives most of the practical advantages. Portioning, filling and cleaning all happen off the unit, and the electronics never have to be handled around food or water.
The tray ships with two accessories. A removable divider turns one tray into two compartments, so a hot main and a cold side can travel together without mixing. An inner lid closes over the tray before the outer lid, which keeps contents in place in transit.
The tray is stainless steel. We do not publish a cleaning instruction for it here, because what is acceptable depends on the final assembly and on whether the tray is supplied as a stand-alone part or as part of the unit. If dishwasher tolerance is a requirement for your programme, raise it at the design stage and it becomes a defined test rather than a marketing promise.

The panel combines a keypad, a display and a power switch on the front face of the body. Two functions matter commercially: scheduled heating and immediate heat. Scheduled heating lets a meal be timed rather than watched; immediate heat starts the element on demand. Memory settings hold the last configuration, and the display also reports charge state.
The display carries time and status. The reading visible in our product renders is a demonstration value, not a published specification — a timer reading and a temperature reading are different quantities and we would rather not let one stand in for the other.

The unit runs on a rechargeable battery and travels in an insulated carry bag. That combination covers the three settings buyers ask about most: an office desk, a worksite break, and an outdoor picnic where no power is available at the moment the meal is eaten.
Cordless operation is also what makes scheduled heating useful. A timer that only runs while tethered to a socket has limited value; a timer on a battery-powered box lets the meal be warmed on the way to the point of use.

Every item below is a specification item. For a private-label programme, the body colourway and the control-panel finish are usually the first two decisions, and the packaging follows the retail channel.
| Item | What can be set |
|---|---|
| Body colour | Body shell in a range of colours, with matching or contrasting lid and latches |
| Lid & latches | Lid and latch colour options, translucent or opaque window |
| Tray & divider | Tray and divider configuration, inner lid |
| Heating & control | Heating area layout and control-panel configuration |
| Battery & adapter | Battery configuration and adapter options for your market |
| Carry bag | Insulated carry bag, branded or neutral |
| Logo | Logo and private label on body and control panel |
| Packaging | Custom printed retail packaging |
Options are subject to the approved sample and confirmed order.

A product page is more useful when it is honest about its gaps. These are the figures we have deliberately left out of this page, and the reason for each:
| Not published | Why |
|---|---|
| Capacity | Set by the tray size you specify. Publishing one figure would describe one configuration only. |
| Battery capacity and runtime | Runtime follows the battery, the heating load and the ambient temperature. Stating one number would make it look like an absolute. |
| Heating temperature | An element temperature and a food or surface temperature are two different measurements. Mixing them is the most common error in this category, so we publish neither until yours is specified. |
| Charging time | Depends on the adapter and battery you specify. |
| Voltage and wattage | Set by the heating area and the supply arrangement. |
| Scheduling range | A function of the firmware configuration; agreed at design stage. |
| Cleaning and care | Belongs with the approved sample and its final assembly, not in a marketing paragraph. |
| Certification | We do not state a certification until the certificate names the product. Ask us for the current status on your configuration. |
Each of these becomes a specification item the moment you define it. That is the trade: we would rather leave the field blank and fill it with your number than publish ours and have you correct it later.
The five-stage process below is the same one we run across our heating products, whether it is a single sample or a seasonal line.
| Step | Stage |
|---|---|
| 1 | Share Requirements — target market, capacity, tray configuration, colourway, quantity |
| 2 | Confirm Design — drawings and a written specification for your approval |
| 3 | Sample Review — you confirm fit, finish and function on a working sample |
| 4 | Production — batch manufacture with inspection records |
| 5 | Custom Packing — neutral or your own retail packaging |
Process and options subject to confirmed order.
Stage 2 is where a lunch box programme is decided. Capacity, tray geometry, heating-area layout, battery position and control-panel configuration all interact — moving one moves the others. Agreeing them on paper before tooling is committed is what keeps a programme on schedule.
Dongguan Sheerfond New Material Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures far-infrared and graphene heating materials. We supply both graphene and resistance-wire heating solutions, and our low-voltage range covers 3.7 V, 5 V, 12 V, 24 V and 36 V architectures. Products are manufactured against project specifications with batch inspection records rather than from a fixed catalogue.
The heating layer and the element are our own; please note that batteries and power adapters for our battery-powered products are sourced externally. We disclose this rather than implying we manufacture them.
Buyers with a specific capacity, a specific colourway or a private-label programme are welcome to send requirements for a design and sample review.
Send us your target market, the capacity and tray configuration you need, your colourway and branding direction, the battery and adapter requirements for your market, and your target quantity. We will come back with a design proposal and a sample plan.
Price indication: the lunch box is quoted at US$12–18 per unit for a standard configuration, depending on materials and battery specification. This is a per-unit reference for a made-to-order product, not a fixed catalogue price. Final pricing follows your confirmed capacity, tray configuration, battery specification, order quantity and destination market.
