This is a seat cushion with a graphene heating film bonded inside it, arranged in a honeycomb matrix. The face is a breathable, wear-resistant linen weave; under the film sits a thermal reflective base film; the bottom is a silicone dotted anti-slip rubber base.
It is powered by a 5V/2A USB power bank connected through the original charging cable to an LED push button on the side, which cycles three levels. A side pocket hangs off the edge to hold the power bank.
The power bank is not included. The cushion ships with its cable; the battery is supplied by the user, and it must be rated 5V/2A or above. This is the single most important line on this page for a retailer, because it sets expectations before the first support ticket.
The heating is seat-only by design. The backrest of a chair is not heated, and the cushion does not attempt to be a heated chair cover.

It is not a chair heater. At 5V it warms a small area in contact with a seated person, not the room and not the whole chair.

One button, three levels, three indicator colours. The reference material describes each level by purpose rather than by a number, and that description is more useful to a buyer than a degrees figure would be.

Two behaviours run automatically behind the button. The constant temperature sensor holds the surface steady rather than letting it keep climbing, which is what makes a long session tolerable. And auto overheat protection stops the heating if the temperature rises too far.
The reference material also quotes a rapid heat-up figure of three seconds. We pass that on with two conditions: it is quoted at a 5V/2A supply, and it should be confirmed on your approved sample rather than printed as an unconditional promise.
Read as a specification, because each layer answers a different objection a buyer will raise.

The cushion runs from a power bank rated 5V/2A or above, using the original charging cable. Three consequences follow, and all three belong on a listing.
The side pocket exists so the battery hangs off the cushion edge rather than sitting loose on the chair, where it gets sat on, dropped or left behind. It is fabric, not a compartment inside the cushion — which means the battery stays visible and swapping it takes seconds.
